DESCRIPTION:When you wear many of the hats (sometimes all of them)\, a little time back goes a long way. Use it to do more\, or just to have more time for yourself. An in-person\, hands-on Airtable workshop for solopreneurs and small business owners. Supported by Airtable . Hosted by The LayOut at Brooklyn Public Library's Library for Arts & Culture . We'll explore how Airtable can bring your business information and everyday tasks into one workspace\, with simple automations and AI to keep things moving. You'll also see how Claude can turn what you want to do into actions in Airtable\, using everyday language. No coding required. Just practical ways to get started\, plus a little imagination about what else is possible. All operating solopreneurs and small business owners are welcome to apply. THE DETAILS Dates: Monday\, November 9 · Tuesday\, November 10 · Tuesday\, November 17 Same two-hour workshop each date. You'll attend one. Time: 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Entry closes at 5:45 PM. Where: Brooklyn Public Library's Library for Arts & Culture 10 Lafayette Avenue\, Second Floor\, Brooklyn\, NY 11217 HOW IT WORKS 1.Apply by 12:00 PM on Friday\, October 30 . 2.Select every date that definitely works for you. If you're accepted\, we'll place you in one of them\, and you can't switch dates after that. 3.We'll email everyone by 6:00 PM on Friday\, October 30 . 4.If you're in\, confirm by the deadline in your email to hold your spot. Spots that aren't confirmed go to the waitlist. BEFORE YOU APPLY At the end of the form\, you'll confirm you can do all three: Bring your laptop and charger. Laptops aren't provided\, and a phone or tablet won't cut it for the hands-on work. Set up in advance. We'll be working in Airtable alongside Claude. We recommend Claude\, but ChatGPT also works. No Airtable account yet? Create one here . We'll send setup instructions before your session. Arrive by 5:30 PM. Entry closes at 5:45 PM so we can start right at 6:00. Two hours goes fast and we won't be able to pause to catch anyone up\, so we can't admit anyone after 5:45.
