Please join us in partnership with CHiPS for a brief presentation dedicated to understanding and combating food insecurity in Red Hook. Attendees will learn how to navigate the NYC Food Help website and find other citywide emergency resources. Food insecurity affects millions of New Yorkers, but local action can create immediate change. For over 50 years, CHiPS (Community Help in Park Slope) has served as a cornerstone of support in Brooklyn, offering barrier-free access to fresh produce, hot meals, and shelter. Whether learning how to access resources, finding local volunteer opportunities, or simply understanding the safety nets in the community, your presence makes a difference.
