Artist Talk with Cecile Chong and Alexander Zev

Please join NYC Parks’ Art in the Parks Program and the Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park, to celebrate this year’s recipients of the Art in the Parks: Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park Art Grant, Cecile Chong and Alexander Zev. The program will include stops at both artworks, where the artists will speak about their new works. We will start at Alexander Zev’s sculpture Understory, installed at David Dinkins Circle, and end at Cecile Chong’s installation of Held & Holding at Ederle Terrace. The Art in the Parks: Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park Grant supports the creation of site-responsive artworks by New York City-based artists and is generously funded by the Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park.1:00 p.m. David Dinkins Circle2:00 p.m. Ederle TerraceFlushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens
