ARTmobile @ Redemption Church Fall Festival

Brooklyn Public Library & Residency Unlimited – in partnership with Red Hook artist Cynthia Colon - invite you to the Redemption Church Fall Festival! Come to the park for Games, Music, and Treats, and stop by the ARTmobile to participate in “Red Hook on the Map,” Cynthia’s project, a globe covered in scanned photographs constructed by the Red Hook community: residents, businesses, community organizations, etc. These photos will be placed on the Globe to represent the Red Hook Community from the Waterfront to Hamilton Avenue. Bring your photos for us to scan or come as you are and we’ll take photos of you and your loved ones! ARTmobile will be joined by the Brooklyn Public Library Bookmobile Staff, who provide library services on the road. Patrons can browse a variety of books in a relaxed outdoor setting, get a library card, or avail themselves of reference services through Bookmobile staff. The bookmobile also provides free WIFI for patrons wishing to connect!
