To close the convention we have Dr. Claudine, who will educate us on Peri/Menopause. Adults are welcomed to join in for this conversation. Claudine Holt, MD, MPH, MSCP is a double board-certified physician and published author with over 15 years of experience in preventive and lifestyle medicine. With a longstanding passion for women’s health, she recognized that many women—particularly in midlife—needed a more comprehensive and holistic approach to understanding the changes in their bodies and health. That realization led her to found Sacred Health Sanctuary, where she helps women connect the dots between their hormones, lifestyle, nervous system, and overall well-being. She's on a mission to give women the knowledge, tools, and support they need to navigate midlife and beyond with clarity and confidence. Visit https://sacredhealthsanctuary.com to learn more. Games and workshops include Tampon Throwing, Pin the Pad, Bobbi the Uterus Dress Up, Period Jeopardy, Button Making and Menstruation Bracelet Trackers. Prizes will be included for some games! Inclusive Services of Brooklyn Public Library will host a Quiet Sensory Room in our Cranberry Room for those who need some quiet space and a chance to explore different menstruation products.
