Community submissions
Bring a useful space onto the board.
NYC organizers and service providers can submit a dated event or ongoing resource. Every entry stays private until a maintainer verifies it.
Submit for review
An account is not required. Give us a first-party source that confirms the public details; social posts without a stable organizer page may need extra review.
What happens next?
- Automated checks flag incomplete or possibly duplicated listings.
- A maintainer compares the submission with the official source.
- Only an explicit approval can publish it; rejection or a request for changes keeps it private.
- Approved community submissions are labeled in their description and scheduled for re-verification.
The private contact email is retained only in the moderation queue. It is never copied into the public listing.
Good submissions
Include exact New York dates and times, the real venue or delivery method, cost or eligibility, accessibility information, and a link controlled by the organizer. Do not submit personal case details, attendee lists, passwords, or invitation-only addresses.
Need to correct something?
Use the corrections form for an existing listing. This submission route is for new public events and durable community resources.
